Well, you have more experience with Lovenox than I do, but I have found that to get the most minimal bruising: 1) don't pinch the skin, 2) insert needle slowly, 3) inject the Lovenox over about 20 sec (or more), 4) remove the needle slowly. Most of my bruises are no bigger than a pencil eraser.

Ah yes, the Lovenox belly. Sucks - but so worth it!
The injections should go in the love handles (lateral abd, or flank area. That's why you're bruising so badly.
